Where is DruidCon 2007 being held?

This year, DruidCon is being held in Strathclyde University in John Street, just north of George Street and a little east of George Square (map). This location is right in the centre of Glasgow, very close to major transport routes.

Main line trains from Edinburgh and the east and north of Scotland run to Queen Street Station (which is only two blocks away); main line trains from the South run to Central Station, which is about ten minutes walk from the Union. Coach services to Glasgow terminate at Buchanan Bus Station, also about ten minutes walk from the Union.

Many local buses serve George Square (very close to the venue), local trains run to the Queen Street and Argyle Street low level stations, and the nearest subway is Buchanan Street Station (just the other side of Queen Street Station).

DruidCon is being held on the eighth floor of the Union, and the building does have decent lifts.
